Joe Garrett came out to investigate a problem I was having with a leaking downspout. I thought the downspout needed to be replaced. Joe got up on a ladder and found that the downspout was just clogged with leaves and cleaned it out. Problem solved! I was very appreciative because he was honest and did not try and talk me into something I did not need to have done.

Mr. Handyman was really expensive, Southern Homes was more interested in the possibility of getting the whole neighborhood's business then he was in my problem. The guy I talked to at 404gutters was great. He was at my house within 2 hours, told me my gutters were fine and the problem was probably a clogged down spout and then referred me to a gutter cleaning company. The work has been completed.

The Contractor's follow-up on my request and questions was timely. The quote I received was one of the lowest and most responsive to what I needed. When I decided to add additional specifications, the quote was adjusted reasonably and quickly. The contractor, Joe Garrett , was patient and friendly when I had questions, and even fixed a couple of broken shingles while he was working on the drip edge - which were not part of the contract. I would certainly recommend him to others.

What a great company! Joe, Beth and all of their crew are wonderful to work with. No waiting on hold, immediate responses even on the weekend. They put new gutters on our home and used our existing decorative downspouts when we painted our house over a year ago. They came back and even fixed our existing downspout that developed a problem at no charge and even applied a coat of paint that they never needed to do at the top of their extension ladder. Highly recommend!!!
